You can purchase any YOL program individually, but if you strategically purchase bundles of YOL programs to be utilized across your organization in a given year, you can save 20% or more. Examples below:

Small YOL Bundle

Enterprise-wide program designed for individual contributors to leadership teams. Annual subscription covers a minimum of 120 employees.

Focus areas include: Connection, reconnection, and purpose; Tools to manage stress, burnout, and languishing

  • 3 Reconnection Days
    (for up to 50 people/class, approx. 6-7 hours/day)

  • 3 Wellbeing Workshops
    (single-session, 1-2 hour introductory workshops for up to 30 people/class)

Medium YOL Bundle

Manager-level program designed for senior managers to senior directors and above. Annual subscription covers a minimum of 120 employees.

Focus areas include: Tools to manage stress, burnout, and languishing; Leadership and manager development

  • 2 Wellbeing Workshops
    (single-session, 1-2 hour introductory workshops for up to 30 people/class)

  • 2 Wellbeing Programs
    (4-6 hour multi-week cohort-based programs for up to 30 people/class)

  • 2 Leadership Intensives
    (8-hour cohort-based programs for up to 20)

Large YOL Bundle
