    Trip Lead
    Aiyisha’s background in teaching began 20 years ago working at the Santa Clara County Children’s Shelter. Her strong desire to be of service took her into the Peace Corps and her deep passion for healing and growth brought her studies in Massage Therapy, Somatic Psychology and Yoga.

    Advisor & Facilitator
    A recognized industry expert in learning and change management, Alicia was most recently the Chief Learning Officer for the Apollo Education Group (NASDAQ). She has also served as CHRO for the US Olympic Committee, and director of employee engagement at Amex.

  • Andrea Manitsas

    Trip Lead
    Andrea is known for her spiritual classes and retreats that combine a lot of soul and a fierce flow. She has studied with Janet Stone, Jason Crandell, Jasmine Tarkeshi and Jai Uttal, and is an ambassador for Lululemon.

  • Chrisandra Fox Walker

    Trip Lead
    Chrisandra brings more than a decade of cultivating transformation of consciousness, healing, and the growth of yogic community in the Bay Area. She is a dedicated student of Rod Stryker, hatha yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda.

  • Courtney Harrison

    Courtney has over 20 years of business experience in the areas of innovation, culture and change leadership. She has taught executives at companies such as Juniper Networks, American Express and SmithKline Beacham Pharmaceuticals and is also a certified executive coach.

    Co-Founder & CEO
    A yoga enthusiast, David founded and led several healthcare services, research and advisory firms. He was a member of the executive team of Vicinity Corp, successfully completing a $120M IPO prior to acquisition by Microsoft.

  • David Perls

    David is a mindfulness teacher, executive coach and a creativity catalyst. He teaches Search Inside Yourself, the Potential Project and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to companies including Adobe, Facebook, Whole Foods Market, and the U.S. Airforce.

  • Erica Hirschfeld

    Director, Market Development & Strategic Accounts
    Erica is a seasoned business developer who has spent the last 10 years focused on the retail and design communities. Her desire to help others find engagement and purpose, led her on a path to become a yoga instructor and help companies promote these same ideals.

  • Jackie Richards

    Co-Founder, Director of Programs
    Jackie has worked with local and international communities for over a decade, in community mental health, social services and school settings. She holds a MA in somatic psychology and is also an experienced yoga instructor.

  • Jason Gant

    Facilitator & Trip Lead
    A learning designer and facilitator with a specific interest in mindfulness and athletics, Jason has helped support healthy and inclusive communities, youth, workplaces, and teams globally. He is also a certified instructor of Search Inside Yourself, the global mindfulness platform developed at Google.

  • Kari Zabel

    Co-Founder and Trip Lead
    A certified Jivamukt teacher, Kari has taught meditation and yoga since 2003. She leads workshops, teacher trainings and retreats worldwide and has extensive experience helping grow social justice non-profits.

  • Kelley Busby

    Trip Lead and Operations
    Kelley is a creative, resourceful and award-winning producer, screenwriter, and communications professional. With 17 years of mindfulness/meditation practice, she is also a Kripalu certified Yoga Instructor. Yoga, meditation and time in nature gives her much-needed peace amidst the challenges of daily life.

  • Lisa Rueff

    Trip Lead
    Lisa has led international yoga and humanitarian trips for 10+ years, both individually and with Virgin Unite. She served as executive director for Michael Franti’s Do It For The Love Foundation and is currently CEO and Co-founder of Sparked, a thought-provoking board game that celebrates and uplifts women.

  • Marni Sclaroff

    Trip Lead
    Marni has a vast background that includes studies in Anusara, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Tibetan Buddhism, Shamanism, Ayurveda, and Thai massage. Her classes feature detailed alignment cues, a supportive and playful atmosphere, and myths and stories woven into each practice. .

    Megan is a brand marketer, corporate culture enabler and executive coach that has head up programs for startups and Fortune 500 companies alike. Her marketing communications execution materially improves stakeholder relations for business impact.

  • Mira Valeria

    Trip Lead
    Mira’s classes are rooted in gratitude—to self, to others and to all teachers. A student of Jason Crandell and Rusty Wells, her teaching is steeped in precision, mindfulness and Bhakti—the practice of lovem surrender and service. She’s also a Yoga in Action leader for the non-profit organization Off the Mat, Into the World.

  • Nadine McNeil

    Trip Lead
    Nadine has worked in challenging environments across the globe, providing key services as part of UN emergency response efforts, community development and logistical operations for over 20 years. Her own threat of burnout led her to yoga. She facilitates integrated workshops that combine her Sivananda, Kripalu and Baptiste trainings with leadership development.

  • Nancy Dionne

    Nancy is an award winning photojournalist and adventure travel pro who brings operational experience from GeoEx in San Francisco and Rim Tours in Moab, Utah. A long time student of yoga and outdoors enthusiast, she spends most of her important creative time in nature and off the grid.

    Trip Lead
    Sara draws from her dance and yoga background to create intelligently sequenced classes that gracefully synchronize breath and asana movement and emphasize alignment. Sara has studied in depth with Ana Forest, Maritza, John Friend, Nikki Estrada, Maty Ezraty, and Rod Stryker.

    Seth leverages decades of worldwide experience building tech companies to help entrepreneurs fulfill their potential with excellent launches. He loves physical exercise, especially outdoors.

    Steve has spent the past 25 years studying and teaching the relationship between beliefs held in the body, and how they affect our health, success and relationships. He’s the author of bestsellers, Whole Body Intelligence and What's Your Body Telling You?

    Whitney Hofacker has been facilitating social justice leadership programs for 10+ years, lived on a permaculture farm internationally, and currently leads educational outdoor trips for youth.

  • Zanette Johnson, PhD

    Director of Learning and Facilitator
    Zanette is a facilitator, change leader, neuroscientist and mindfulness practitioner who earned her PhD at Stanford in learning science and technology design. She helps companies and teams build adaptive expertise and use their intrinsic resources to solve unexpected problems gracefully and effectively.

She’s a recognized thought leader in executive development and learning, and frequent contributor to Huffington Post, Forbes, Fast Company and HBR.

  • Rusty Rueff

    A Silicon Valley veteran and boardmember (Glassdoor, Hirevue, Rethink Books, Workboard and runcoach), Rusty is the former EVP-HR for Electronic Arts and VP-International HR for Pepsi. He is also Chairman Emeritus of the Grammy Foundation and was recently appointed to the President’s Advisory Committee for the Arts.
